As long as you let your bones recover fully (between 1-4 weeks) your bones will become more dense and harder as a result.
When you train the selected area only train until that area has a deep soreness and then stop. If you suddenly feel a sharp twinge of pain then immediately stop and allow for a full recovery of that trained area.
If you chose to do this make sure you are of good health before considering to do this.
