Get reproduction faucet with ceramic cartdridges and do away with washers and plumber’s string etc… Same for sink. I used supply lines instead of pipe elbows for tub faucet connections. If you have room it would be great to add a stand up shower stall for showers and use a clawfoot tub for your baths. That baseboard isn’t original to the house. Someone remodeled and took it out, but an old house had it in trash at time I remodeled so I stripped that down and reused it!
